Stag and Vixen

Stag and vixen may be something you've heard of in the swinger world but don't really know what it is.

Stag is the man in the couple and he likes to share his woman with others. He can watch but also participate. Unlike cuckold where the man is passive and there is a humiliating element towards him, there is no such thing in a stag-vixen relationship.

Stag comes from the name of a male deer that is usually 5 years or older.

The Vixen is the female of the couple and she likes to be with other men while her husband/stag watches or participates. She is emotionally faithful to her husband but is available to other men. The Vixen can show her availability to other men by wearing an anklet with or without symbols.

Vixen comes from the name of a female fox and can also be a derogatory term for a woman with a short and violent temper.

Hotwife and vixen are alike, but a hotwife can be with other men without her husband, while the vixen and stag are usually together all the time when they meet other men.
